In 2010 we towed a caravan, in 2008 we slept in the car and had a tent for dressing and cooking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just walking when you stay at the track!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The camp community is fun, pit roof is a good location as we can see down over the pits and have a great view of the back of the track and the straight. Fully catered for the three days with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and wine, beer, tea, coffee and fruit juices all included.&lt;br /&gt;Shelter from the often inclement weather at Phillip Island, priceless.&lt;br /&gt;Visits from racing champs and legends such as Randy Mamola &amp;amp; Wayne Gardner for example.&lt;br /&gt;Get to meet the riders in the carpark before they get into the pits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The minus factors:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rain and mud for everyone else who didn't have shelter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Loretta's photo Nice view over the circuit as the campsite is situated on the opposite hill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Location: in former East Germany in Hohenstein-Ernstthal between Zickwau and Chemnitz on the road to Dresden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Honestly, I thought I could never find as good an atmosphere as in Spanish Moto GPs and yet... I really had a good time: night clubs on every corner of the campsite that stood out of the circuit, night clubs under big tops, girls doing strip-teases that bikers would have never dreamed of... Luthi’s sponsor gave out ice-creams all over the weekend and I found food outlets that would make French organizers feel ashamed (I’m thinking of "Les 24h du Mans" where food outlets only propose awful tartiflettes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; and undercooked sausages). Over the weekend, you can have something different every day and at every meal and there’s no need to leave the circuit: mushrooms à la grecque&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(2)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;, Chinese dishes... not to mention the big mouthwatering German sausages.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;At the end of the weekend, there are no hold-ups in the traffic: one-way streets for people leaving the circuit, road sections to drive at top speeds that are so much faster than in France... The Adria campsite and the other campsites of the area are so large that you will easily find a place even if you arrive just a few days before the GP. Impeccably clean, friendly and attentive staff.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;The region is not very good at road marking but surely you cannot miss the circuit! Follow "Misano Adriatico" and when you see a giant arrow saying "circuito" along the Via Adriatica, that's it!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;The atmosphere is fantastic! Italian people are mad about motorbikes and GPs and they do appreciate "lo spettacolo" (the show). You won't see any drunkards here, Italian people are coming to watch a GP and you mustn’t joke about such things! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Every time a rider overtakes another rider, the event is greeted with cheers and applause. And when the native of the area wins the race, it's absolute madness! But madness expresses itself in a good-natured way: the racing track is overrun by the audience, the security officers look at it in amusement, people sing and shout at the foot of the podium and stay as long as they like between the starting and finishing lines, as if in a dream. Some people would consider that getting up very early is a minus factor but I don't. I truly think this is a plus factor: it is lovely to meet up with just a few people at 4.00am, all of us are half asleep but what matters is that we are all mad about motorbikes! Then seeing the sun rising over an empty circuit is absolute bliss. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGFimBiVI/AAAAAAAAAYI/BowfsAw1ULs/Misano_2965_4.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The minus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Grandstand tickets are very expensive and there is no 3-day package. In 2009, 3 days in the Brutapela Grandstand cost 30€ on Friday + 80€ on Saturday and 135€ on Sunday! There is a "Prato" 3-day package (ground level viewing position) but it remains pretty expensive anyway: 130€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Author's note for photographers:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Unless you are about 2 metres tall, you will have to take your pictures on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, from Prato 2, you will see the racing track intermittently (between the head of spectators!). So it's not too bad to watch the race but it's pretty uncomfortable when you are trying to use your viewfinder to focus on a motorbike! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGF2NLVKI/AAAAAAAAAYQ/d668yWfgAYU/Misano_P9062347.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;In the left-handed Quercia hairpin, your eyes will be set well above the wire fencing only if you are standing at the top of the "Prato". Thus a 600mm lens &lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; is enough for panning or wide shots but will not be suitable for close or close-up shots. For these kind of shots, you'd better wait until the motorbikes slow down at the end of the small straightaway section just before they reach the Tramonto turn; some observation positions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGF2G7t0I/AAAAAAAAAYM/M_6XhYyYtXs/Misano_P9052341.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; will enable you to take a three-quarter shot of the motorbikes. Even if the riders are not going at full speed in this section, the Servo-AI mode of the autofocus is not very satisfactory: pre focussing is much better (eye in the viewfinder, unlike the photo shown!).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;From 8.00am to 3.00pm, looking towards the pit-boxes, the sun is right in front of you and its light strikes pretty hard, offering only backlit shot opportunities of the motorbikes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGFmKUh0I/AAAAAAAAAYE/8qbaDsd-X_c/Misano_2406_3b.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; You are also close enough to food outlets to get your food and be back to your seat without any problem. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;The weather is usually fine and we are just a few kilometres away from the beaches of the Costa Brava so bring your bathing suit! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Party is a real institution in Spain. It is really worth a bike ride and you will nearly feel like a member of the Joe Bar team!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Stunning circuit amid the gently undulating hills of Tuscany. This is one of the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen from a circuit, same for Spa in Belgium. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;A true Italian atmosphere on the big day: fervent admirers of the Doctor and Ducati fans... the racing track is bound to be overrun at the end of the race!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;And don't miss Florence nearby! On Monday, we reached the Mediterranean sea and had lunch in front of the tower of Pisa. Then we made our way back along the coast and finally rode over kilometres of mountain passes in the Alps. We stayed overnight in a campsite situated close to the mountains and the permanent snow. Really impressive! La fête est grandiose avec des discothèques à tous les coins du camping externe ou sous chapiteau, accompagnés de strip-teases à faire rêver des bikers... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Le sponsor du Suisse Luthi offre des glaces tout le week-end et la restauration proposée est à faire honte aux Français (je pense aux célèbres tartiflettes crados et autres saucisses pas cuites des 24H du Mans) : sur un week-end sans quitter le circuit vous pouvez manger différemment à chaque repas, des champignons à la greque au plat chinois en passant par des jarrotins - frites sans oublier les grosses saucisses appétissantes typiques de l'Allemagne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;L'organisation de la fin de week-end favorise la fluidité, avec des routes en voie unique pour le départ, sans oublier les portions full-power laissant libres nos "sans" chevaux à des vitesses prohibées en France (sans plus d'accident).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;La tribune 3 ne donne vue qu'à une sortie de virage, un petit bout droit et une entrée de virage puis on ne revoit les motos qu'au tour suivant : vive l'écran géant !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;En fin de soirée, c'est ambiance néo-nazie avec des défilés de treillis, masques à gaz ou autres jouets de la seconde guerre sans parler de quelques saluts hitlériens comme dessert !!!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; L'Adria et les autres campings de la côte sont tellement grands que même à quelques jours du grand prix, on trouve des places sans problème. Propreté impeccable, personnel attentionné et cordial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;Accès au circuit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;La signalisation n'est pas le point fort de la région, mais s'il est un lieu qu'on ne peut pas louper, c'est le circuit ! Suivez "Misano Adriatico" et quand, le long de la Via Adriatica, vous verrez l'énorme flèche indiquant "circuito", c'est là !&lt;br /&gt;(Edit 10/10/2010 : en 2010, le panneau disait "autodromo", ça va, on comprend aussi :))&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;Les +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;L'ambiance est incroyable ! Les Italiens aiment la moto et savent apprécier le "spettacolo". Ici, pas de types imbibés d'alcool dans les allées, on n'est pas là pour ça, mais pour voir de la moto !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Chaque dépassement est salué de cris d'admiration ou d'applaudissements. Et quand l'enfant du pays gagne... !! C'est une vraie folie. Mais une folie bon enfant : on envahit la piste sous le regard amusé des agents de sécurité, on chante, on crie au pied du podium et on reste tant qu'on veut entre la grille de départ et la ligne d'arrivée, en plein rêve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Certains mettraient l'obligation de se lever très tôt pour réserver sa place dans le paragraphe "les -", mais je le mets dans "les +" juste pour le plaisir de se retrouver à 4h du matin en petit comité, entre vrais passionnés à moitié endormis et aussi juste pour le plaisir de voir le soleil se lever sur un circuit désert. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGFimBiVI/AAAAAAAAAYI/BowfsAw1ULs/Misano_2965_4.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;Les -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Les places en tribunes sont chères, très chères, et sans possibilité de forfait 3 jours. En 2009 et 2010, pour les 3 jours dans la tribuna Brutapela, il fallait compter 30 € le vendredi + 80 € le samedi + 135 € le dimanche ! Le forfait 3 jours n'existe qu'en "prato" (pelouse) et reste cher : 130 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;Notes pour les photographes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;A moins de mesurer 1m95, profitez du vendredi et du samedi pour faire des photos. Le dimanche, sur le Prato 2, vous ne verrez la piste que par intermittence entre les têtes des spectateurs devant vous. Assez pour suivre le GP, mais très incommode pour suivre une moto dans le viseur ! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGF2NLVKI/AAAAAAAAAYQ/d668yWfgAYU/Misano_P9062347.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Dans l'épingle Quercia, il faut être au point le plus haut du "prato" pour que la visée passe au-dessus des grilles, du coup, le 600 mm &lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; est suffisant pour des filés, mais un peu juste pour des plans rapprochés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pour les plans rapprochés ou les gros plans, préférez le freinage au bout de la petite ligne droite, avant le virage du Tramonto : certains postes d'observation surélevés &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/StCGF2G7t0I/AAAAAAAAAYM/M_6XhYyYtXs/Misano_P9052341.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; vous permettront de photographier les motos de 3/4 face. Then if you don’t want to have people putting up their tent in the 50 square centimetres separating your motorbike from your tent, make sure that you have made yourself conspicuous by Saturday! Demarcating your space from your neighbour’s is essential!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;If you are on the motorway, just follow the road signs as the circuit is well indicated. If you have chosen to arrive from the south and are on the D338 between Mulsanne and Le Mans, that's certainly because you know this is the Hunaudières straightaway of the 24 heures du Mans circuit! So you will just go straight to the Bugatti circuit except for two chicanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The whole circuit is accessible night and day for 3 days. General admission tickets include access to ground level viewing positions but also to the grandstands (except numbered seats) that are usually conveniently located. You just have to arrive early enough to get a good seat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The Moto GP village is huge with restaurants, a museum, shops built with non-temporary materials... From the terrace of the restaurant, you will enjoy watching the turmoil reigning in the paddocks. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;On Friday and Saturday evenings, the podium is a meeting point between the public and the riders. They all have their turn (about 10 minutes) to answer the spectators’ questions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://www.webmezzo.net/imgarco/LeMans09/village/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Then the "village" is very lively: concerts, freestyle motorcycle stunt show, fairground attractions...&lt;br /&gt;People in the Grand Prix de France stalls even give portable music players (and that’s free!) that are tuned into a special radio playing only interviews, live commentaries, giving ranking details...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;The minus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Seeing Czech and Dutch people drinking beer by the litre, you would easily think that Brno and Assen are full of drunken bodies. To be honest, people who are as drunk as a lord are a minority. The same is not true for Le Mans: people don’t only drink beer; Vodka and Whisky keep them going. At the end of the weekend, it’s rare to find someone who has managed to stay sober. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The campsite is as dirty as the "village" is clean: people make a fire with whatever they can find (a pallet, a tent, a mattress, a cool box, a plastic chair...) and urinate as close as possible to the place they drink so that they can come back quick and carry on drinking... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;By the way, if you arrive at the campsite on Saturday and feel happy to find many places left to put up your tent along the concrete panel fencing, there is something you should know: the aforementioned fencing has been used as a public urinal for 2 days!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Author’s note for photographers:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Some places are situated very close to the racing track. So using a 400mm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; lens can be fine to make close shots; for example you can stand against the wire fences and shoot riders exiting the final double right Raccordement corner. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SkpO26Glr6I/AAAAAAAAAWA/BQeFyDhRmyM/LM_9955.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;In the right-handed La Chapelle hairpin or left looping Courbe du Musée corner, it’s better to have a 600mm or 800mm lens. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;In the pit straight and from the Dunlop grandstand, it’s difficult to shoot through the wire fences because of their large poles and thick cables &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SkpO218bdbI/AAAAAAAAAV8/V2Lxxp07GBQ/LM_0397_3.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;To avoid them, climb to the top of the grandstand and use your favourite 600mm lens!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The Moto GP calendar boasts a logical programme: you will enjoy summer at Laguna Seca and spring at Le Mans. No better calendar to make sure the riders can’t avoid the scorching heat of California or the torrential rain of the Sarthe. The campsite is pretty quiet and not overcrowded (places without electricity). The sanitary facilities are clean and enjoy electricity but they are shared. Men don't have separate shower cabins, they all have their shower in the same room. For women, it’s a bit different: there’s just one room and a shower cabin; one woman will have her shower while the previous one will get dressed and the next one will get undressed. All in the same room, that’s the way it is in the Czech Republic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Next to the circuit, you will find many more improvised campsites set up in a stadium, a field or a private garden... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The Motorsport Hotel is the nearest hotel of the circuit (1km). In 2008, there were still some rooms available on the day before the GP!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;From the motorway (there’s just one motorway in the country so no possible mistake), the circuit is very well indicated. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;From the campsites, you can:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- walk to the circuit (about 3km from Ricany or Ostrovacice)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- drive to the circuit. Motorbikes are parked in a designated parking area hidden in the woods, next to the circuit. Cars are parked in pay parking areas in the fields along the road leading to the circuit. A courtesy bus service operates from there.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Many families come and watch the Moto GP; the staff who ensure safety are relaxed and reserved. The general atmosphere is good-natured; sometimes you feel like it's kind of improvised. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;From "Standing area C", you will have a nice shooting angle and overlook the left-right adjacent corner combination situated to the north-east of the racing track. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Whether you are a ticket holder or not, you can go and watch the test sessions on the next day and day after!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;The minus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Not easy to find one. It's simple and quick. Easy access to parking areas and circuit. No heavy traffic, even if you arrive quite "late" (about 7.45am).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Grandstand ticket holders have free access to all general admission areas during the test days (except the paddocks of course!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;If spectators are less numerous than in Latin countries, people are nonetheless very enthusiasts: the sounds of motors are often covered with the shouts of joy coming from the crowd. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic!The Winterdijk grandstand is an ideal place: you can see the riders exiting the long left-hander, the final right-left-right Geert Timmer Bocht chicane (one of the rare areas allowing faster riders to overtake slower ones), the finishing line and the pit lane. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;If you are seated in the middle rows of the Winterdijk grandstand, your eyes will be set well above the wire fencing and you'll feel like the racing track is not that far. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;The staff who ensure spectators' safety and welcome are nice. You will always find someone who can speak English (even French among the seasonal staff coming from Belgium, the neighbouring country).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;The minus factors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Well, if I need to find one, let’s say that the Moto GP village is not as important as what we are used to. For example, there are few licensed products on sale and it’s not very lively.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;"&gt;Author’s note for photographers:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;It’s easy to get into the circuit with your photography equipment, unipod included. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;You may find that your 400mm lens isn’t the most suitable equipment here as you can only look at the racing track from a distance, except if you are seated in the grandstands located next to or on the pit straight. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;If you are standing behind the wire fences of the Winterdijk grandstand, a focal length of 600mm will help you soften the wire fencing effect. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;If you want a full frame shot of the riders, you will need a 600mm lens if you are next to the pit straight and a 800mm lens if you are anywhere else in the circuit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;But from the top of the Winterdijk grandstand, the design of the chicane has a real graphic interest and offers a good opportunity to take a photo of the riders chasing each others before they reach the straightaway. Otherwise you may come back empty-handed. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Talking about rain means insufficient light available. Other vehicles are directed towards the motorway. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;How to get to the circuit:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Unless you are accommodated in open countryside locations north of Cheste, you are bound to take the motorway. Indeed, all the vehicles coming from Cheste, Chiva or Valencia are directed towards the A3 by the local police. Consequently, traffic is jammed solid! About 2/3rd of the 145 000 spectators come by car and at its worst, even motorbikes find it hard to get through. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;As you can not camp within the circuit precinct, the best thing to do is walk to the circuit if you are accommodated less than 5km away or leave very early if you drive to the circuit, whether you have a car or a motorbike. On Sunday, if you reach the motorway exit at 9.00am, get prepared for the worst as you are bound to miss the Moto GP!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The plus factors:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;From any grandstand, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the whole circuit. From West Red Grandstand, the podium is even visible through binoculars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Wire fences are not a problem; the grandstands are high and eyes are set well above the wire fencing. This is also true for the 1st row of the North Yellow Grandstand and from the 6th or 7th row of any other grandstands.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;The minus factors:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;If you hold Mountain (Montaña) tickets, you will stand behind the grandstands. At this point, you have only two options: either you are at the top and watch the riders from a distance or you are not and you will have to watch the Moto GP on the giant screen as the racing track is hidden behind the grandstands. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;The security officers are not there for fun: your ticket gives you access to a specific grandstand and there’s no way you are going to go somewhere else! And this is also true on test days when there are fewer spectators. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Fan clubs selling tee-shirts and flags? No way! Valentino Rossi’s supporters have been driven out of the place for lesser things! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;As soon as you have watched the last rider go past, a security officer will come and look at you in a way that clearly means &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;"Get out! We are closing now!"&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;. The circuit precinct is closed every evening and will only re-open at 6.00am the day after.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Author’s note for photographers:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;You can get into the circuit with all your photography equipment but camcorders are forbidden. Well, this may change as reflex cameras with video mode are being launched on the market. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Camera unipod is authorized. It’s better to attach your camera to the unipod before you arrive at the entrance, this way you will avoid the security guard’s questions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;However, if your equipment is heavy, it will be much better for you to bring the harness instead of the unipod: there isn’t much room in the grandstands and you will soon feel ill-at-ease when you try to follow the motorbikes on the racing track. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;From most of the grandstands, a 400mm lens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; is the minimum lens to make sure the motorbike occupies a large part of the photo (run-off areas between the circuit and the grandstands are wide, so much the better). A partir du samedi, si vous n'avez pas délimité votre espace vital à grand renfort de Rubalise, attendez-vous à voir des campeurs s'installer dans les 50 cm&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; qui séparent votre moto de votre tente !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Accès au circuit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Si vous arrivez par l'autoroute, suivez les panneaux, le circuit est très bien indiqué.&lt;br /&gt;Si, pour le fun, vous arrivez du sud par la D338 entre Mulsanne et Le Mans, c'est sans doute par ce que vous savez déjà que cette route est la ligne droite des Hunaudières du circuit des 24h. Donc, à deux chicanes près, c'est tout droit jusqu'au circuit Bugatti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Les +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tout le circuit est accessible jour et nuit pendant les 3 jours. Le billet "enceinte générale" comprend l'accès à toutes les pelouses, mais aussi à des tribunes non numérotées, souvent bien situées (le tout est d'y arriver tôt pour réserver sa place).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le "village" est immense : restaurant, magasins "en dur", musée...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Depuis la terrasse du restaurant, on suit les allées et venues et l'effervescence qui règne dans les paddocks.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le vendredi et le samedi soir, sur le podium du village, a lieu le "forum rencontre avec les pilotes" : à raison d'une dizaine de minutes chacun, les pilotes se prêtent au jeu de répondre aux questions du public.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://www.webmezzo.net/imgarco/LeMans09/village/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" border="0" align="absmiddle" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le soir, les animations sont nombreuses : concerts, show mécanique, attractions foraines...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Sur les stands officiels du circuit, des baladeurs sont distribués gratuitement : ils sont réglés sur la fréquence d'une radio créée spécialement pour l'événement et proposant des commentaires en direct, interviews, classements...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Les -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;A voir les Tchèques et les Néerlandais boire de la bière au litre, on pourrait être tenté de croire que Brno et Assen sont infestés de viande saoule, mais finalement les cas d'ébriété avancée y sont minoritaires. Il n'en est pas de même au Mans : ici, en plus de la bière, on carbure au Whisky et à la Vodka. En fin de week-end, il exceptionnel de croiser quelqu'un qui a réussi à rester sobre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le camping est aussi sale que le "village" est propre : on fait du feu avec n'importe quoi (palette, tente, matelas, glacière, chaise en plastique...) et on urine au plus près de l'endroit où on boit, histoire de pouvoir re-boire plus rapidement... A ce sujet, si vous arrivez au camping le samedi, vous vous direz sans doute "&lt;i&gt;ouf ! finalement, il reste pas mal de places pour mettre la tente, là, contre la palissade&lt;/i&gt;" : avant de vous installer, sachez que ladite palissade sert d'urinoir depuis déjà 2 jours.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Notes pour les photographes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Quelques endroits sont très près de la piste. Le camping est plutôt calme, pas surpeuplé. Il n'y a pas d'électricité sur les emplacements, seulement aux sanitaires. Ceux-ci sont propres, mais communs : les messieurs se douchent tous ensemble, et chez les dames, dans la même pièce, l'une se douche pendant que la précédente se rhabille et que la suivante se déshabille... C'est la coutume tchèque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Beaucoup d'autres campings sont improvisés dans les environs du circuit sur des stades, des champs, des jardins de particuliers...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Le Motorsport Hotel est l'hôtel le plus proche du circuit (1 km). En 2008, il y restait des chambres libres la veille du GP !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Accès au circuit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Depuis l'autoroute (la seule du pays, pas d'erreur possible), le circuit est parfaitement bien indiqué.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Depuis les campings, on peut rejoindre le circuit :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- à pied (3 km depuis Ricany ou Ostrovacice).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- en moto : le parking moto est caché dans les bois aux abords immédiats du circuit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- en voiture : vous la laisserez sur l'un des parkings (payants : 6 ou 7 €) aménagés dans les prés le long de la petite route qui monte au circuit. De là, vous pourrez prendre une navette (gratuite).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les +&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Beaucoup de spectateurs viennent en famille, les personnes qui assurent la sécurité sont discrètes et détendues. L'ambiance est bon enfant, limite improvisée.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;La Tribune C offre un bel angle de vue : on y voit les deux "S" de la boucle intérieure au nord-est du tracé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;L'accès aux essais le lendemain et le surlendemain du GP est totalement libre !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Difficile de trouver un point négatif, à part peut-être le coté spartiate du "village" : quelques stands de sponsors, quelques produits officiels, et une poignée de buvettes, mais pas de débauche commerciale ou de grandes animations.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Notes pour les photographes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Aucun problème pour entrer avec le matériel photo y compris le monopode.&lt;br /&gt;Depuis la tribune C, la boucle face à vous est située sur une pente, le graphisme des deux courbes du premier plan permet des compositions intéressantes entre 400 et 600 mm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;. &lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknrYwZOyEI/AAAAAAAAAVk/oYbfnAAJXfE/Brno_6416_3.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" border="0" align="absmiddle" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;A la moitié de la hauteur de la tribune C, le regard passe bien au-dessus des grilles et un 600 mm permet de rester proche des motos lors de leur passage entre les deux courbes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: verdana;" href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/Skn34GnIVlI/AAAAAAAAAVw/8HmE3o2_PCs/Brno_6451_3.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" border="0" align="absmiddle" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Dans les tribunes face aux stands, il faut être au dernier rang pour "passer au-dessus des grilles". L'accès aux parkings et au circuit est très bien organisé. Aucune difficulté de circulation, même en arrivant relativement "tard" (vers 7h45 du matin).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les +&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Votre billet tribune vous donne accès à tout le circuit pendant les jours d'essais (sauf aux paddocks, bien sûr !).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le public, moins nombreux que dans les pays latins, est tout aussi enthousiaste : les bruits des moteurs sont souvent couverts par les cris de joie de la foule, l'ambiance est excellente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;La Winterdijk tribune est un placement idéal : on y voit la sortie du long gauche, la dernière chicane (un des rares endroits où on peut doubler), la ligne d'arrivée et la voie des stands.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Dès la moitié de la hauteur de la Winterdijk tribune, le regard passe au-dessus des grillages et on reste assez près de la piste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le personnel qui accueille le public et assure la sécurité est sympa. Vous trouverez toujours quelqu'un qui parle anglais (voire même français, parmi les saisonniers venus de la Belgique voisine).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les -&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Puisqu'il faut un -, disons que le "village" est moins développé que sur d'autres circuits : les stands de vente de produits officiels sont peu nombreux. Il y a peu d'animations.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Notes pour les photographes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Aucun problème pour entrer avec le matériel photo y compris le monopode.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ici, le 400 mm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; risque d'être un peu juste : à part dans les tribunes proches de la ligne droite des stands, on est relativement loin de la piste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Si vous êtes derrière les grilles de la Winterdijk Tribune, une longue focale (600 mm) les atténuera efficacement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pour des motos plein cadre comptez 600 mm dans la ligne droite des stands et 800 mm sur tout le reste du circuit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Par contre, depuis le haut de la Winterdijk Tribune, le dessin de la chicane offre un joli graphisme où intégrer plusieurs motos qui "arsouillent" avant la ligne droite. Pour cela, un 200 mm peut suffire. &lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknR8t90gwI/AAAAAAAAAVE/5ZgTRBo2ZAU/Assen_0315.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Assen n'est pas connu pour son climat ensoleillé, aussi, prévoyez de quoi abriter le matériel de la pluie pendant les prises de vue &lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknR8njHSaI/AAAAAAAAAVM/CMt2Bp04nI8/optech_rainsleeve_a.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_niGKHfmN_t0/SknTjJjJq3I/AAAAAAAAAVY/TZDuuVnQKog/minimage.jpg" align="absmiddle" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; sans quoi vous risquez de rentrer bredouille.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Qui dit pluie dit aussi faible luminosité. Tous les autres véhicules sont redirigés vers l'autoroute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Accès au circuit&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;A moins d'être hébergé en rase campagne au Nord de Cheste, l'autoroute est quasi inévitable, puisque la police locale dirige tous les véhicules venant de Cheste, Chiva ou Valencia sur l'A3. Cela génère un embouteillage monstre : sur 145 000 spectateurs, les 2/3 sont en voiture et au plus fort de la circulation, même les motos se frayent difficilement un passage.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Vu qu'il est impossible de camper sur le circuit, le mieux est d'arriver à pied si vous êtes hébergé à moins de 5 km, ou très tôt si vous êtes en voiture ou en moto. Le dimanche, si vous arrivez à la sortie d'autoroute à 9h00, attendez-vous à manquer le Grand Prix !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les +&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Depuis n'importe quelle tribune, on voit la totalité du circuit, aucun obstacle n'obstrue la vue. Avec des jumelles, on voit très bien le podium depuis la tribuna Roja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Les grillages ne gênent pas : les tribunes sont hautes et le regard passe au-dessus des grillages, même au premier rang dans la tribuna Amarilla et dès le 6 ou 7ème rang dans les autres tribunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Les -&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;La Montaña (pelouse), par contre, est située juste derrière les tribunes. Deux solutions : être tout en haut et voir les motos de très loin, ou être plus bas et regarder le GP sur l'écran géant car la piste est masquée par les tribunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Les agents de sécurité ne sont pas là pour rigoler : votre billet vous donne accès à une tribune bien précise et pas question d'aller ailleurs, même les jours d'essais où il y a peu de monde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pas question non plus pour les fans-clubs de vendre t-shirts et drapeaux : on a vu les membres du fan-club officiel de Valentino Rossi se faire refouler pour moins que ça !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Dès la dernière moto passée, un agent de sécurité portera sur vous un regard dans lequel vous lirez clairement "&lt;i&gt;Allez, dehors ! J'ai un circuit à fermer, moi.&lt;/i&gt;" Toute l'enceinte du circuit est fermée chaque soir et ne rouvre pas avant 6h le lendemain.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Notes pour les photographes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;On peut entrer sur le circuit avec tout le matériel photo qu'on veut, mais attention : pas de caméscope. (On peut supposer que ce point va évoluer avec l'arrivée sur le marché des reflex vidéo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Le monopode est autorisé. Je recommande de monter l'appareil photo dessus avant le passer le portail, ça évite les questions du vigile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Cependant, avec un matériel lourd, préférez le harnais au monopode : il y a peu de place dans les tribunes et vos gestes seront vite entravés par le mono quand vous tenterez de suivre le déplacement des motos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Depuis la plupart des tribunes, un 400 mm&lt;sup&gt;(1)&lt;/sup&gt; est un minimum pour avoir une moto occupant une place respectable sur la photo (les zones de dégagement entre le circuit et les tribunes sont larges, et c'est tant mieux).
